Last Thursday CG in TARC

Dears readers, third post is up….as we recall, I was mentioning about me being appointed in the second post for my coming cg in Thursday night…I promise to spill the beads soon after the care group meeting is over. We have games, also known as ice breaking, we always have this during our cg and our Christian fellowship programmes.
We have 2 games which are 'cat and mouse’ and a game related to money…it was a fun game as we try to get one of our friend, Josiah but alas we learn that we cannot mess around with Josiah …..haha….funny rite…hope to get him back sometime….just joking. The game that was related to money is actually suggested by Nigel and was carried out by him as well. The ‘cat and mouse’ game was introduced by Josiah of course….it sure was great during ice breaking so that we don’t feel restless….especially for me.
The next thing that we have was sharing….it was to help us look back at our past, at what have taken place during our journey in life…it help me realise that I have change so much compared to a boy that have very little direction and have less in life and wanted more from God….actually it was not those things that I said but I wrote there in my paper ‘ I have experience God’s love so deeply’ and I find what I have said its actually true to the extent that I lay everything at his feet no matter what it is….but I wonder how long it will last…. I hope it will last eternally….. besides that we also have many others who pour out their past and hopes to us at the cg, I lead the worshipping and praising to God after everything was done, it was awesome even though I screwed up a little in the song ‘one way’, but overall the people were having fun….so I think it was ok and great as long as we feel his presence in us. The songs we worship with were ONE WAY, POTTER’S HAND and MY CHAINS ARE GONE.
Later on, they have sharing and praying again, but this time we carried it out in a smaller group where we were break up to threes and fours, after that it fellowship in free style….so we sang and worship to our heart’s content with guitar accompaniment….my other friends were having fun with the cat and a tennis ball which we throw it around, odd rite?? Especially during fellowshipping time but at least everyone have fun…lol….soon it was time for everyone to leave. Sadly, I just found out that this cg is going to be the last cg of the semester so we are not gonna meet until the next semester. It was so fun hanging out with them.
My personal favourite is that when Josiah said good job, because I known that I have done well for the night. Lastly, I would like to wish the readers Happy Good Friday, because tomorrow is Good Friday where we know that Jesus was crucified and died for our sins…. We should thank him with all our hearts…Good night and happy reading
